How to restrict access to Miscellaneous Transaction in Inventory Management to specific roles only

Hi everyone,

We are implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Inventory Management (Release 26C) and have a requirement to restrict the Miscellaneous Transaction page (miscellaneous receipt and issue) to specific users only, namely the Cost Control and Receiving teams. Field operators must not be able to access it, to protect inventory control and data integrity.

What we tried:
We copied the Inventory Manager job role in Security Console using “Copy role and inherited roles”. The new custom role has many inherited _CUSTOM duty roles, and we could not identify which privilege controls access to Miscellaneous Transaction. Searching Function Security Policies for “Miscellaneous” returned no result.
