Privilege is there but not showing under Role

Summary:

Dear Expert,

We can't find this privilege outside the role, and it also doesn't appear when we search for which roles contain this privilege. The privilege is already assigned to the role, but it is still not visible outside the role configuration. Additionally, HR is unable to search for employees under the AOR and it's happening in Producation

Could you please advise on this issue?
