We wanted to know which assignment status does system consider for alert trigger.

Assignment status

Assignee - Host

Assignee - Home

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We created a custom resource alert to trigger for learner and the alert is working fine and triggered correctly.

But learner received the alert twice and its not for all learners,

Only one learner received the alert twice(Duplicate notification) and when checked his assignment status and having "Assignee - Host" "Assignee - Home".

So i wanted to know which assignment status does system consider for alert trigger.
