Load file with multiple amount columns

How to load a multi-column - numeric data file, where the mapping for the driver changes depending on which of the multiple amount columns is being processed - without loading the same file once for each column - possible?

So I have a file where columns 6 to 11 are amounts. These are my driver columns. They map for the values to movements depending on the values of one or sometimes two other columns - AND - which of the columns 6 to 11 it is. i.e. a separate movement mapping for each column. Is this possible, or do I need to create a separate load for each?!
