FCCS Manage Approvals process

In FCCS, we need to automate the inclusion (Start) and exclusion of entities in the Manage Approvals process. Does Oracle provide a REST API or EPM Automate command to perform these actions programmatically instead of manually selecting the Start and Exclude options in the Manage Approvals UI?
