DOB, Gender & Marital Status fields to be filled by the Agencies while submitting the resumes

Summary:

We have a requirement from the customer where Agencies are used for sourcing the resumes for hiring the contingent workers. Right now there is no option to capture the fields DOB, Gender and Marital status to capture for the applicants submitted by the agencies. Even we create DFFs these will not flow into Core HR page. Is there any work around for this, as this customer is focused only on hiring contingent workers and Agencies are the sourcing agents. They dont use career sites for sourcing. The customer wants these fields to be flowing into the Core HR page.
