Prevent Automatic Employee Record Creation for Active Contingent Workers
Hi Oracle Support Team,
We have a business requirement to hire existing active Contingent Workers as Employees through Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Currently, when we move the candidate to HR from ORC and the Hire Date is reached, the Employee record is automatically created in Core HR.
We would like to understand whether there is a supported configuration or alternative approach to prevent the Employee record from being created automatically on the Hire Date, allowing the HR team to control when the Employee record is created.
Could you please clarify:
- Is there any standard configuration available to prevent the automatic creation of the Employee record on the Hire Date for an existing active Contingent Worker hired through ORC?
