We are creating a PoC for Periodic Avg costing (PAC). We have created a new periodic cost book for the existing cost org. We have started this month and opened the current Oct period. Now we have done the transfer across the cost org (Intercompany). When we looked at the costing, we found the issue
'The transaction can't be costed because a prior period cost isn't available for this item'
we do not have any prior period as Oct-2026 is the first period. Can you please advise how to solve this issue ?
