FTE defaults to 0 after Assignment Change transaction

Summary:

Hi experts,

We are experiencing an issue where the FTE is defaulted to 0 after performing an Assignment Change transaction.

In our configuration, the automatic FTE calculation has been disabled, as the FTE is expected to be entered and maintained manually.

In addition, through Visual Builder, we have configured “Calculate FTE and headcount automatically” to “No”.

Based on this configuration, we would expect the system to retain the existing FTE value during an Assignment Change, unless the value is manually updated. However, we are experiencing a behavior where the FTE is instead defaulted to 0, as shown below.

Could you please advise whether this is expected behavior and how we can prevent the FTE from being reset to 0 during the Assignment Change transaction?
