PR with multiple lines each line create PO per year oracle

My Client wants to create PR with multiple lines say 3 lines for Year 1 , 2, 3 and create separate PO for each line per year and then Invoice it , how can we achieve it , as approvals would be completed on PR it will trigger the PO 's
