Sales Order Issue transaction created double

Sales Order Issue transaction created on Pending Transaction and Completed Transaction

Hi

We have some pending transactions

We also have the completed transaction, and this transaction is actually same transaction with the pending transaction

The shipment line was interfaced

The sales order line was closed

I can't delete it from pending transactions.

Any suggestion what I can do about these pending transactions? Are there any possibilities that this unexpected behavior happens because the ship confrm perform on redwood page?
