Difference in Questionnaire Display Between classic UI and redwood

Summary:

We have observed a difference in the questionnaire display behavior between our classic UI and Redwood environments.

  • In DEV1, the questionnaires appear under a dropdown list, allowing the user to select a questionnaire and view the associated questions.
  • In DEV5, all questionnaire sections/questions are displayed directly on the same page instead of being grouped under a dropdown.

We would like to understand:

  • What configuration or setup controls this questionnaire display behavior?
  • How can we configure DEV5 so that the questionnaires are displayed in a dropdown format similar to DEV1?

We have attached screenshots from both environments for comparison.
