Paid invoices submitted through IDR are missing requester

Hi Team,

When the requester on the invoice is inactive in Oracle, the requester name disappears from 'Manage Invoices' page. Business wants to retain the requester name even when they are inactive. Is there a way we can keep the requester name intact on the invoices page without getting it removed due to inactivity. We would require this for tracking purpose.
