Privilege PO_BYPASS_PURCHASE_ORDER_APPROVAL_ONLINE_PRIV availability in Redwood UI

Hi,

I've noticed that the Submit and Bypass Approval button linked to the privilege PO_BYPASS_PURCHASE_ORDER_APPROVAL_ONLINE_PRIV is currently unavailable in the Redwood UI for Purchase Orders. Has it been clarified whether it's going to be implemented in a later release or it will never be available in Redwood?
