Issue with Seeded Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant – Invalid CategoryId Error

Hi Oracle Support,

I have encountered the following issue with the seeded Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant:

  1. I activated the seeded Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant.
  2. Error:
    “There were one or more errors creating a purchase requisition based on the quotation from SHI (26709811). You must either enter a valid value or an existing value for the CategoryId attribute. The current value is 1. (POR-2010892)”

The issue is related to the CategoryId attribute.

When creating a purchase requisition manually, the user can select a valid purchasing category. However, when using the AI agent, the requisition creation process fails because the category ID is not recognized.
