We are investigating a concern raised by an employee regarding the visibility of sensitive information within the Disability Information section of the Redwood Personal Details page in Oracle HCM.

The employee reported that, while screen sharing, a colleague was able to determine their response to the Self-Disclosed Disability field despite the field being masked.
