periodic avg cost, internal material transfer issue

We are using the periodic avg cost in Caps ISE US cost org and standard cost in Caps ISE CA cost org. Both costs are in 2 different LEs

We have done the internal material transfer (using transfer order) for an item. Item is PAC in Caps ISE US cost org and STD cost in Caps ISE CA.

But got the following error 'One or more costs couldn't be found for the given set of parameters. (CST-2385191)'.

Please note that periodic cost is already available in Caps ISE US cost org and standard cost is defined in caps ISE CA cost org. Also the transaction 'Transfer Order InterOrgnization shipment' is costed correctly based on PAC. Can you please advise how to fix the issue ? All other Trade Orgs have cost status as 'Not Processed'.
