Error While Receiving any Item either by Misc. Receipt or PO Receipt

We are receiving this error code "ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "FUSION.FND_FLEX_METADATA_QUERY_APIS", line 1312 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.INV_UTIL_GRP", line 75 ORA-06512: at line 1"

We cannot receive any item in any organization neither PO Receipt nor Misc. Receipt!
