How to show decimal values in a BI Publisher XPT Dial Gauge?

My BI Publisher XPT Dial Gauge uses Sum aggregation on this numeric measure:

ROUND(CASE WHEN b.match_flag = 'Y' THEN 100 ELSE 0 END    / NULLIF(COUNT(DISTINCT b.position_id) OVER (), 0),  4) AS overall_rate

The summed value is 5.2632, but the gauge displays 5. I cannot find a decimal precision or number-format property for the Dial Gauge.

How can I make the gauge display 5.26 instead of 5 while retaining Sum aggregation?
