Each month we run different payroll runs/cycles as below (Payroll Frequency is Monthly):
1. Monthly Salary Run
Includes:
- Basic Salary
- Housing Allowance
- Transportation Allowance
- Deductions
Required Bank Account:
- Bank Account A
2. Off-Cycle Run
Includes:
- Tickets Payment
- School Allowance
Required Bank Account:
- Bank Account B
3. Bonus Payment Run
Includes:
- Bonus Payments
Required Bank Account:
- Bank Account C
For each of the 3 runs mentioned above, we process all the payroll processes (starting from the Calculate Payroll, Calculate PrePayemnt, Archive Periodic Payroo Results, Make EFT, Calculate Costing of Payment, Transfer Payemnt information to Cash Management, and finally Transfer to subledger accounting).
