Defaulting expenditure organization in Miscellaneous issue page

Hi

We use Oracle Fusion 26C and want Expenditure Organization to default to the selected inventory organization on the Redwood Miscellaneous Issue page.
Our inventory organizations are classified as expenditure organizations and are available for manual selection. We tried setting Default Type to Parameter and Default Value to OrganizationId in the cost collection flexfield, but it remains blank. Is there a supported way to achieve this through the cost collection flexfield or Visual Builder Studio?
