Section "Citizenships" is not visible in job application Redwood page

The section "Citizenships" is available in the candidates profile and can be maintained there.
But the information maintained there is not visible within the job application of the candidate. In VBS the Citizenships section within the job application page is already set to visible in the default rule, but the section is not visible within the candidates job application.
