Excluding Internal Project Time from Actual Utilization Calculation in Project Resource Management

Summary:

We use Projects to capture time for internal activities such as business administration and training through Oracle Time and Labor. These projects have $0 cost associated with them and are used purely for time-recording purposes.

However, hours recorded against these projects are currently being included in the Actual Utilization calculation in Project Resource Management.

Since these hours represent internal/non-project activities rather than actual project delivery work, we would like to exclude them from the Actual Utilization calculation.

Is there a configuration for excluding these hours from Actual Utilization? Can utilization eligibility be controlled by project, project type, expenditure type, or another attribute?

Howdy, Stranger!
