User feedback and chat history

When we add a human in the loop with Feedback , and user selects request changes and inputs information , the previous conversation is not saved . For example ,

We had original users 123 , 567 with blank last names

in the first go , the user said for " person number 123 , update last name to "Smith" , then LLM processed the data and gave the output by updating the last name to Smith

however , in the next go , the user said change last name for person 567 to "Depatsy "

However, the agent did not preserve the current state and reverted person 123 last name to Blank .

How do we keep the history and ensure that the LLM uses the updated feedback without overriding the last input by the user
