Requirement

A Learning Specialist assigned to a Legal Entity needs to be able to view and edit certain courses while having view-only access to others.

As-Is

We have enabled the Redwood experience for Learning Specialists and started using the Catalog Administrator Profile to control visibility of the learning catalog. However, we have found that a Learning Specialist who can view a course can also edit it.

Please enable view and edit permissions to be managed separately in the Catalog Administrator Profile, so that access can be configured by course and Legal Entity.
