Contract Status Mismatch Between Redwood and Adobe Sign

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue where contracts signed through Adobe Sign continue to display a status of "Pending for Signature" in Redwood, even though the contracts have been successfully signed.

Interestingly, when we open the individual contract records in Redwood, the status is displayed as "Active." The status is also correctly reflected as "Active" in the Classic UI.

We would like to understand why the contract status is not being updated correctly in the Redwood UI and whether any scheduled process, ingestion process, or synchronization job needs to be executed to ensure the contract status is updated consistently across the application.
