Standard Cost FBDI Template errors

Summary: In a lower instance we are testing our budget load for next year. I am using the most recent version of the StandardCostImportTemplate for 26c. The fist batch loaded beautifully, 9k items with no errors. On a different cost scenario, I am trying to load 300 different items and I keep getting the same error on all lines. The error message is "The valuation unit is not provided". I confirmed the valuation unit is populated on all items on the template. Has anyone else ran across this issue?
