How do you definitively identify whether a Fusion role is seeded or custom?

Summary:

We are reviewing Fusion Security roles and are trying to establish a definitive method for identifying whether a role is:

• Oracle Seeded / Predefined
• Customer-generated
• Customer-created from Copy Role

We have found that relying on role names alone is not sufficient.
Examples:

ORA_PER_HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_JOB

HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_DATA

HUMAN_RESOURCE_MANAGER_DATA

Observations:

• Some Job Roles show "Predefined Role" in Security Console.
• Data Roles do not appear to show the same indicator.
• ASE_ROLE_VL may return multiple rows for the same role.
• CREATED_BY and IS_SEEDED values can be inconsistent with what is displayed in Security Console.
