Approvals notification through email doesn't contain "Year" and "Period"

Hi

I've enabled Approval notification through email and its working fine. Only thing is, the notification email doesn't contain the "Period" and "Year" info. It contains the "Scenario", "Approval Unit", "Status" info.

Here "Test Lock Scenario" is the Scenario and "Test_OpsCo_US: CD_AP_Demo_BU_Z2" is the Approval Unit, but you can see that the "Period" and "Year" are not present.

So, I'm checking if this how it is or we can make any changes to the Notification system, so "Period" and "Year" can also be shown in the email notification.
