Why the task names are greyed out in multiple pages in oracle fusion

Hi All

I observed that in multiple instances that task name is greyed out, if we need to know about the task name we need to select then only we can read the task name.
I observed this in multiple environments ( Test, dev and PROD)

After selecting by placing the cursor here is the behavior:

not restricted to single client instance does any one have any idea about this
