AI Agent Studio-How to access attachment done via Email communication approval?

BUSINESS CASE
We are building a workflow agent in Oracle AI Agent Studio with a Human Approval node (Email-based approval) on Oracle HCM. An approver approves a notification via email and adds a comment and a file attachment. Our Agent then needs to read the attached file's content.

ISSUE
The approval node exposes the decision and the communication ID ($approvalCommunicationId), and nothing else: no task ID, message ID or request ID. getCommunicationApprovalHistory returns the comment. but no file content or URL. We cannot find a supported way to download the file from these identifiers.
