Allocation offset transactions using Burdened cost creates negative raw cost on the Source Project

Summary:

I am running Project Allocations. I have an allocation rule using the Prorate Basis Method with the Source Amount type = Burdened Cost. The offset is configured with the Source Project and Task.

I have generated the allocation successfully and it creates the offset transactions. The total Burdened Cost on the Source Project after allocation is netted to 0 but the raw cost becomes negative. I get the calculation logic which is based on the Source Amount type (configured as Burdened Cost) , so the offset transactions work as intended but my question is does that make sense from the business standpoint ?
