Hello Experts,

We are facing an issue with approval delegation for the Resignation Approval workflow in Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR and would appreciate your guidance.

Business Scenario:

• Employee A is a Line Manager and has direct reports reporting to them.
• Employee A wants to delegate the resignation approval responsibilities of their direct reports to Employee B.
• Employee A has configured the delegation through Me → Roles and Delegations → Approval Delegations, selecting Employee B as the delegate.
• However, when Employee C, who is a direct report of Employee A, submits a resignation through Me → Employment → Resign, the approval notification is still routed to Employee A instead of Employee B.
