Redwood issue HTML created from template
in Eloqua
Hi Community,
We're facing a concerning issue and would like to understand whether other Eloqua users have experienced the same behavior.
We create emails using custom HTML in the Classic Interface in HTML editor. I save it as a Email Template. As long as I work with classic Eloqua UI, the email renders correctly and contains all required styling in Microsoft Outlook and all other email reader.
However, when the same email template is opened and saved in the Redwood Email Editor, the underlying HTML code is modified automatically by Eloqua!
As a result:
- Existing styling is removed or altered.
