Restrict Edit Access on Self-Service Regional Tax Withholding

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

I am looking at Me > Pay > Tax Withholding > Regional tab.

We are a PA-based company, so we have to deal with PSD codes. We just realized that employees have edit access on the Regional Tax Withholding tab, which means they could edit their PSD codes. PSD codes are driven by address, so if an employee has an address update, then the address change should update their PSD code(s) accordingly. Furthermore, if there is a problem with the system-derived PSD code, we would want that to come to our payroll team to investigate.

We are on Redwood. I do not see any Business Roles to remove edit access via Visual Building Studio, but I am not in VBS too much.
