How to fix HR-error during processing error which occured due to duplicates

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

Hi, when an offer is submitted and duplicate is present, the candidate state shows HR-error in processing. When we click on review candidates,and find that we want to go ahead without merging, but no such option present. It only shows "merge". How to proceed?

Also, how do we fix this error now?
