ORC Thank You mail

Hi - we are looking at automating checks for previous employees with an external system. To trigger our automation, we want a bot account to be notified when a new application has been submitted: we want to use the email confirmation of application (IRC_JobApply_Thanks_External) and cc a separate email address. We cant seem to find where the Thank you mail setup is located. It is not in the alerts composer section nor is it a 'Send notification' in the ORC CSP config.

Does anyone know where this can be found?
