How can we improve the relevance of Learning Catalog Smart Search Advisor suggestions?

We’re testing Learning Catalog Smart Search Advisor in the Learning Catalog. The Advisor Suggestions section appears after a natural-language search, but some suggested courses do not seem closely related to the question. For example, when I asked “Which courses can help me improve my written communication?”, the suggestions included a course about the Oracle HCM Learning module, whose relevance to written communication is not clear from its title.

The 26A documentation says that suggestions take into account the search question, work history, talent profile and learning history. Is there a supported way to improve their relevance? In particular, should we check the learning-item content and skills, the learner profile? Are there any supported configuration settings for tuning the results?
