Users can't reset their passwords via Set Preferences

in Fusion Applications Administration

Summary:

Hello, I'm having an issue on how to investigate this issue. End users and admins are having an error when using Set Preferences for resetting own password. We can still use the Security Console and Forgot Password on sign-in page to change the password.

Navigation: Profile > Set Preferences > Password
