W2 Qualified Overtime Balance Adjustments Balance Dimensions and HDL

To implement requirements for reporting qualified overtime premium pay in accordance with the One Big Beautiful Bill, we need to adjust Oracle's seeded W2 Qualified Overtime balance for all of 2026. Since we did not have a solution live in our system for 2026 to track and report qualified overtime, we would like to adjust the W2 Qualified Overtime balance for each employee with their respective yearly total qualified overtime using HDL.

Can anyone provide the following information?

1.) What is the HDL template that should be used to adjust the seeded W2 Qualified Overtime balance?

2.) What balance dimensions should be adjusted and with what effective date if we are loading employees' yearly total qualified overtime (amount that will appear on the W2)?
