Hide edit button for Tax Withholding for our employees under Me/Pay/Tax Withholding tile

Summary:

Currently the employee has access to edit tax withholding details in self-service. We would like to remove this ability but retain the ability for them to see their current tax withholding. Has anyone been able to accomplish this through security or by hiding the edit button?
