Last Modified Date for Approval Rule Set

Summary:

For audit purposes, we are required to capture the LMD for a Rule Set. It seems the last update date on hrc_arm_approval_options does not update when the configuration is adjusted. Which table can I use to capture the last update date at the configuration level?
