Ability to search and show results using Preferred name in contracts, instead of Legal name
in Connections
Summary:
When creating or updating contracts, the person search within Oracle Contracts uses the employee's legal name rather than their preferred name.
For example, the employee is commonly known within the business as xyz, while the legal name maintained in Oracle HCM is ABC. the Requester field displays ABC ; however, within Team → Roles, users must search for and select the employee using the legal name XYZ.
