Can we restrict deletion when the expenditure batch is already in Approved status

in Project Management

We wanted to know if there is a way to have the delete function be removed once the batch is in Approved status? I understand that it is still under Unprocessed which is the reason why it can be deleted. Is there a way to do this restriction only on Approved status?
