Redwood NextGen Helpdesk - Detailed Description Templates per Category

Within the Redwood NextGen Helpdesk, depending on the Category that an end user selects (1), is it possible to customise the Detailed Description field with a pre-defined template/wording? (2)

So if a user selects 'Data Request' the Detailed Description field may say 'Please provide a full list of fields required within the report' if they select a different Category such as 'Employee Relations' it may say something different such as 'Please provide the Person Number' etc.

Or, is this only possible by adding Custom Fields instead and configuring these to only be displayed based on the selections of the user?
