Update Interest does not display results accurately

Summary:

EXAMPLE 1
In the opportunity marketplace, I have job openings that are located in austin, texas

I update the interest with Location only of Austin, TX, USA and clicked saved:

Results are 0 even despite there are really posted jobs with this location

Example 2:

Result displays 4 jobs

Example 3:

Result: Displays 0 even thought there are jobs located in San Mateo, CA

Overall, The behavior is inconsistent.

I tried mixing and matching with the criteria where i am sure there is an available job opening but the result usually displays 0
