Recruit Two-Way Email Communication / Microsoft Graph Certificate

Summary:

We have attempted to turn on 2WM within Oracle Recruit utilising the steps in the Candidate Messaging Guide and further setup in the overarching Doc ID 2664168.1 from MOS. We are currently only looking at using this for Email communications for External Candidates in the first instance.

The IT/Security team decided they wanted this to be completed utilising Microsoft Graph as the Email Messaging provider due to them utilising this in their current estate and the benefits this brings to the integration between Azure and Oracle. However from an Application Authentication Type perspective, the request has been to utilise a Certificate over Client Secret.
