Does Oracle support integration between DocuSign with Payables module?

Summary:

Currently, People sign off on a Payable Disbursement form in DocuSign and later on the signed form is sent to Oracle via IDR and then Invoice is created. Once invoice is submitted for approval, those people may be also need to approve invoice again.

We are looking into potential options to identify people who sign off on Payable Disbursement in DocuSign and if they already signed off in DocuSign, the system will skip routing approval workflow to them. Does Oracle support integration between DocuSign with Payables module? If it does, is it feasible to configure the system to meet the requirements mention above?
