OTBI–How to Display Only One Row per Learning Record Number When Multiple Assignment Statuses Exist?

Hi Experts,

We are developing an OTBI report using the subject area Workforce Learning – Learning Management Real Time.

We are facing an issue where the same employee's Learning Record Number appears multiple times because the employee has multiple assignment records with different assignment statuses.

For example, an employee has:

• One Active Employee assignment.
• One Inactive Employee assignment.
• Both assignments are associated with the same Learning Record Number.

Our requirement:

We need to display only one row per Learning Record Number, based on the following logic:

1. If an Active Employee assignment exists, display the Active assignment.
2. If no Active assignment exists and only an Inactive assignment is available, display the Inactive assignment.
