Run time issue in the Payroll Costing Results Report

Summary:

We are trying to customise the payroll extract called: Payroll Costing Report to include additional columns based on business requirements. However, before proceeding with the customisation, we are facing an issue where the connected report returns no output when run at runtime using the extract flow parameters from the Report Job History, though it has some output from the extract flow/report job history and could see the output when we use republish option as well from the job history for the completed run.
